our customers — The THI Mobile Command Center.
The Mobile Command Center is a state-of-the-art retro-fitted RV
that allows us to send supervisors, construction experts, insurance
experts and others right into your neighborhood to supervise,
review and set up projects for THI customers.
"The THI Mobile Command Center allows our customers to have
unprecedented oversight and supervision on their projects," said
Rich Ryan, president of THI. "This is far more than a mobile office,
it's a true command center that allows us to supervise, plan and
review each of our customers projects. The Command Center was
very expensive, but it represents an investment in the quality
offered by our company. When you see that vehicle you not only
have your local THI crew on site - but you have the resources
of our entire company available to you as well as the resources
of our vendors such as CertainTeed® and other well know consumer
brand names." THI is a CertainTeed Master Elite Contractor®,
placing the company among the top five percent of contractors

The THI Mobile Command Center features THI's distinctive graphics
but it's what's inside that makes the vehicle special. The Command
Center features an electronics package that puts the sales or
site supervisors in contact with all THI field employees as well
as the back-office support team. Those operating the Command Center
can also wirelessly access THI's computer systems to check on
the status of projects, materials, and even tap into the expertise
offered by both THI experts as well as manufacturing experts as
well.
