The building was built in 1903 and has been the pride and joy of my family since 1989. As promised, from the initial inspection, to the appraising, production, inspection, and finished product, THI went over and above my expections. I live in Bethlehem, PA and I contacted THI Storm Repair in May 2011 because most of my neighbors were getting new roofs from a hail storm. Although the insurance process took longer than most of my neighbors, I can honestly say that I never would have been able to do this without the help of THI. At first I was denied, but after many meetings between THI and my insurance company, THI helped me get a new roof and all I owed was my deductible. I would like to say “thank you” to my sales rep Bill Dickel for being there throughout the entire process. I am so proud of my new roof and I have referred THI to many people in my area and they all feel the same way. -lift of my home in Neshaminy Valley, PA. My house is 35 years old, and it now looks brand new again. New Roof, Siding, Gutters, Garage Door, Front Door and Side-light, and Windows. Not only is it curb appeal, but I've definitely noticed that my furnace/AC does not work nearly as hard, and I've seen that in my electric bill, as well. They were on time, friendly, worked as hard as DOGS and completed the entire thing in less time than they originally told me. A welcomed friendly surprise from a contractor. I'd trust to do major renovations on my home. After a terrible hail storm in May of 2010, by home was in disarray and desperately needed repair. The roof needed to be replaced, siding redone, garage doors fixed, gutters, etc., you name it. "THI recently finished replacing the roof and siding on our home at 4261 South Drive in Allentown, PA, and Jan contacted us for feedback on our satisfaction with your work. I've informed our insurance company of such so as to secure the depreciation cost. I'd also like to offer our feedback on our experience with THI. We first worked with Robert on establishing the claim and our contract. This was not an easy task - it took some intervention on Robert's part to work with our insurance company, appeal the original quote, get another estimate, and subsequently get close enough for us to seal the deal. Through this process, Robert was always professional, kind, and thorough, ensuring that our needs and wishes were met. Once we got to construction, Walter and Wes were our foremen, and they were equally as good. Both were pleasant and extremely professional, and a joy to work with. They discussed ... Repair/ Total Home Improvements here in Bensalem to do his windows and I know he is not easily impressed. He not only was impressed with their work on his house but he also highly recommended them when we needed siding and windows done this past summer on our house. THI Storm Repair has become our contractor of choice. In July, they replaced our siding and windows and everything was impeccable. These guys couldn't have been nicer, were always on-time, great to deal with and always cleaned up after the job. They said 7 to 10 days for our job and they kept their word. They did it all..all siding, gutters, downspouts and all the accessories. When my brother-in-law comes over he still points out the extra things that THI Storm Repair did on my house that the other contractors never do. We are really happy with THI Storm Repair.
