Home Inspections
mean just that — FREE. There's no hidden costs,
no surprise fees. At Total Home Improvement, FREE means FREE.
- If
we inspect your home and find storm damage, we'll mark that
damage. A THI representative will meet with you and your insurance
adjuster to explain and review that damage.
- Once
you are approved for a new roof, windows or siding by your insurance
carrier, we will present you with your materials options. We
can match your old materials as closely as possible or you can
choose from an almost unlimited number of options.
- For
those who have suffered flood damage we offer complete remediation
services — from initial clean up to construction to repair

- The
THI Pride Program can eliminate your
insurance deductible. We take pride in our work and want
everyone to know who we are. We'll ask for your permission to
place a small THI sign on your lawn while we are working on
your property. We’ll offer a cash rebate for the right
to place the sign on your lawn – money you can spend as
you wish or apply toward your insurance deductible.
- The
day your new roof is scheduled to go on, our THI crews will
show up on time. They will be dressed professionally. You will
not hear any loud music, yelling among crew members or see a
sloppy work environment. We clean up after ourselves DURING
the installation as well as afterward. It's our goal to leave
your home and yard cleaner than we found it.
